What a wonderful holiday destination! the service staff was amazing, they really went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. the location was outstanding, set in an idyllic location in the mountains with breathtaking views of the surrounding scenery. the food was also excellent, with fresh and delicious cuisine served with a smile.
The lack of English fluency amongst some of the staff. Occasionally we struggled to communicate with them effectively.

Xmas at this resort was wonderful! The view from our room was breathtaking, with verdant lush hills and an endless sky. The staff was helpful and hospitable, making our stay comfortable and unforgettable. We also enjoyed the well-maintained amenities and the remarkable hiking trails located just a stone's throw away.
The availability of food options - there weren't enough vegetarian options for us. Nonetheless, we didn't let that detract from the overall experience.
